A typical day is spent working through a ticket queue on calls, in remote sessions or at desks.

How you get in
Many freshers enter through campus or walk-in hiring for L1 support or service-desk roles at IT services and managed-services firms, often with rotational shifts. Basic networking, operating-system troubleshooting and clear spoken communication are what interviews check. An entry-level networking or cloud certification can help.
