What you’d do
Hotel sales executives bring business into a hotel: corporate room contracts, conferences, weddings and group bookings. They meet clients, prepare proposals, negotiate rates and hand bookings over to operations. Work is target-driven and involves a lot of calls, visits and follow-ups.

How you get in
Many start as sales coordinators supporting a sales team, or move into sales after a stint in front office or F&B. Confident communication and comfort with targets matter more than a specific specialisation.
